Annemie van Zyl

Annemie completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Pretoria, South Africa, in 2014. Annemie has been working in the field of paediatrics for the past 9 years within clinic, school-based, and community environments. Annemie and her family relocated from South Africa to Australia in 2022.

Annemie is passionate about early intervention and uses a variety of approaches to accommodate each child and family’s needs and provide a holistic approach to intervention. She values the importance family and will support families with understanding and implementing strategies to best support their child and reach their full potential.

Annemie is a mother to two energetic kiddies and loves spending time with them playing, learning and exploring the outdoors. She enjoys a good coffee, exploring new places and spending quality time with family and friends.

Annemie has qualifications in Ayres Sensory Integration® (ASI); ICDL Introduction to DIRFloortime®; Tomatis® Practitioner – Level 1; Therapeutic Listening® Provider; and The Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI) - Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration.
